Breakfast is without a doubt my favorite meal of the day but I’m always in a rush in the morning which makes it difficult to eat something healthy. I’ve found a simple solution to my breakfast conundrum with Overnight Oats. These oats can be made days in advance for a quick breakfast on busy mornings.

 

Ingredients: 
1/3 cup uncooked oatmeal
1/3 cup almond milk
1/3 cup greek yogurt
1/2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1 Tbsb Hemp Seeds
1/2 cup of your favorite fruit
I mix the oatmeal, almond milk, greek yogurt, and chia seeds in a small Ball mason jar, and then top with hemps seeds and my favorite fruit. Seal the jar, let it chill overnight in refrigerator and wake up to a grab and go breakfast in the morning.
The best part is this little cup of healthy goodness only has about 300 calories and about 14g of protein.
