This first-of-its-kind, Blushed Copper fuses together the soft shimmer of a luminizer with the subtle pigment of a blush. It is formulated with ultrafine luminescent pearls that absorb, reflect, and refract light so your natural radiance is not lost. Unlike the traditional pressed powder method, which simply mixes and compresses dry ingredients, this unique process blends pigments with proprietary liquid binders—resulting in an optimum, creamy application with balanced color dispersion. This compact of multi-toned, ultra-fine pigment pearls adjust to the skin’s natural undertones for a truly unique glow.
BECCA Limited Edition Shimmering Skin Perfector Pressed ($38.00) is the newest addition to Becca’s amazing line of illuminators. I knew I needed Blushed Copper as soon as I saw the gorgeous shiny rose gold and silver packaging, much more glam than BECCA’s usual matte brown. Yes it is prone to fingerprints, but it doesn’t bother me. On to the product itself, Blushed Copper is described as a “warm copper with rose gold tones”.
BECCA has yet to disappoint me with a Shimmering Skin Perfector and this has the same great smooth and almost creamy texture with lots of pigment. Definitely use a light hand when applying this. The color is more of blush than an illuminator on me but I think that women of color with much deeper and redder undertones than me can definitely wear this to give them an amazing glow.
This product is currently limited edition and a Sephora exclusive. BECCA’s last two limited edition SSP’s Rose Gold and Champagne Gold were eventually added to their permanent range but I’m not sure if this one will be, so grab it while you can! Hopefully BECCA will do the same with Blushed Copper because I would love to see a matching SSP liquid in this shade too!
